Grease Inc. Receives Best of Buford Award

It has been an amazing ride over the last 8 years in the City of Buford. Grease Inc. and Garage71 radio & studios have been located in the Tannery Row Artist Lofts for nearly a decade. Over the years we have enjoyed internal success stories including our annual Kustom Kulture Art Shows, over a dozen of our annual Hell on Wheels events, countless charity events including No Love Atlanta’s Toy Drive, Daffy’s Pet Soup Kitchen, and Muttin Cycles’ Cathy Breast Cancer Fund.
Since then, we have enjoyed a lot of laughs, a lot of grief, and created a ton of memories that will last a life time.

As we depart City of Buford for what we know to be one of the greatest moves in our brands continuous growth in the Kustom Kulture, we were honored and recognized this past week as the “Best” of Buford, 2019 as Magazine Publisher.
Buford Award Program Honors the Achievement BUFORD December 6, 2019 —
Grease Inc. Magazine has been selected for the 2019 Best of Buford Award in the Magazine Publisher category by the Buford Award Program.
Each year, the Buford Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Buford area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2019 Buford Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Buford Award Program and data provided by third parties.
The Buford Award Program is an annual awards program honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the Buford area. Recognition is given to those companies that have shown the ability to use their best practices and implemented programs to generate competitive advantages and long-term value.
The Buford Award Program was established to recognize the best of local businesses in our community. Our organization works exclusively with local business owners, trade groups, professional associations and other business advertising and marketing groups. Our mission is to recognize the small business community’s contributions to the U.S. economy.

Now, Hot Pan Productions, Inc., the parent company of Grease Inc. and Garage71, has moved their location to the newly named 1960’s diner, Hell’s Kitchen in Marietta, GA. The move comes following years of service in support of one of Atlanta’s most recognized Harley-Davidson dealerships, Hellbender Harley-Davidson. The diner is located on-site at the dealership, and Grease Inc. & Garage71 have just been awarded the position of their marketing team for the brand.
The crew is extremely excited about the move and changes coming ahead for 2020. The redesigned diner makes a lot of sense to the crew of Grease Inc. and Garage71. It was once an actual working diner that is now transformed into the broadcasting center for Garage71, a video hub for several internal and external projects, and soon to be the hang out spot for the Kustom Kulture in the Atlanta area.
There are some great new ideas on the table as well as expanding our favorites including: Hell on Wheels, Rockin’ Route 66 in New Mexico, Vintage Fest in South Carolina, and more!
It has been a great ride in Buford, but we are excited to be located in a location of like minded neighbors, and in a neighborhood full of opportunityBrian “Big Boy” Whitcomb, President of Hot Pan Production
To kick the new year off, Garage71 will be hosting a New Year’s Eve Roaring 20’s Party at Famous Joe’s in Hamilton Mill, Georgia. This will be the last big major event Garage71 has plans for in the Buford area for the time being. This winter are plans to get ready for the new upcoming season with the Great American Motorcycle Show top of the list at the end of January at Cobb Galleria.
